Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with WAVE Hair Extensions. Here is everything you need to know about getting your order to you.

How long will my order take?

Every order is prepared and checked by hand before it leaves us. Your shade and length are matched to your order, which is why we take a few days longer than off-the-shelf hair.

  • Hair extensions (nano bonds, K-tips, tapes, wefts, clip-ins): our current turnaround is 8 to 10 working days, then 2 to 3 working days with the courier. Most UK orders arrive within two to three weeks of ordering.
  • Haircare and tools: dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

If your order has both, we send everything together once your extensions are ready. If you need the haircare sooner, email us and we will do our best to send it ahead separately.

How will I know where my order is?

You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. The tracking number goes live once the courier scans the parcel.

What does delivery cost?

UK delivery is £4.99, and free on UK orders over £100. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay anything.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. International delivery is on its way. Join our mailing list and you will be the first to know when it opens.

When do you dispatch?

Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

What if my order is going to be late?

We will email you before it is due, not after. You can wait for it or cancel for a full refund. We would rather tell you early than leave you wondering.

What if my order arrives damaged, or something is missing?

Email hello@wavehairextensions.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right. Please keep the packaging until it is sorted. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you.

Lost parcels

Couriers do not treat a parcel as lost until 15 working days after dispatch. If yours has not arrived, email us and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.
