Experiencing an Issue with Your Extensions?

We’re sorry to hear you're experiencing a possible issue with your WAVE Hair Extensions. To help us investigate and resolve the matter promptly, please complete the Hair Report Form below. A member of our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.

Important: WAVE Aftercare Policy

To maintain the integrity and performance of your WAVE Hair Extensions, we strongly recommend using only WAVE Aftercare Products. We cannot guarantee the condition or longevity of the hair if alternative products are used.

Please note:

  • The WAVE Moisturising System must be purchased at the same time as your extensions to qualify for product assessment.

  • Extensions not purchased alongside the WAVE Moisturising System will not be eligible for return or review.

  • Human hair is considered a consumable product once worn. All concerns must be reported within 12 weeks of purchase.

  • Reports submitted after the 12-week period will unfortunately not be considered.

Returning Hair for Assessment

If your concern is reported within 12 weeks and the WAVE Hydrate System was part of your original purchase, the entire set of extensions must be returned to WAVE HQ for testing within 14 days of submitting the Hair Report Form.

Please be aware:

  • Returns received after the 14-day window will be sent back to the sender with no further action.

  • All Hair Report Forms must be completed in full, including clear, detailed images.

  • The form must be submitted by the original account holder or salon that placed the order.

  • If you are not the original purchaser, please ask them to contact us directly — we can only process reports submitted by the original buyer.
